Heya People!

With Corona virus panning the entire globe, the world is pushed to go in a Quarantine. While this Quarantine may sound intimidating, this is the perfect time to relax, de-stress and unwind to be all fresh and prepared when this all gets over.

Following are 6 top things to do to make the best use of quarantine situation ;)

Catch up on your yourself
This may be the perfect time to lay in bed till the sun goes down and relax your mind and body to the fullest. Taking a warm bubble bath or a hot shower right before bed is sure to make you sleep like a baby for most definitely longer than 8 hours

Practice Self-care routine
Apply hydrating face masks, pour yourself a hot mug of hot chocolate, login to the Netflix account and binge watch your favourite TV shows. Use this time to practice not just self-care, but also self-love. Perfect time for “Me time

Connect with old friends and family
Quarantine is the best time to catch up on all the lost time and refresh connections with friends and family. Though you cannot (also should not) meet them in person at the moment, make sure to stay connected via phone calls, texts, and social media.

 Try out new relaxation techniques
Living inside, most probably under a house arrest can be quite intimidating making a few of us anxious and stressed out. Use this time to try out new ways to meditate and practice some yoga to keep all distracting thoughts at bay and to maintain positivity during this time of crisis.

Get ready, even if you are not going out
My favourite Instagram blogger Andreea Ali -(https://www.instagram.com/aliandreeamakeup/?igshid=z9udn2y0gol1- Go follow her J )has inspired me to get up and get ready everyday even though I have nowhere to go. Getting ready sends across positive vibes to your mind and body, making you feel more positive and exited to make the best use of this lockdown period.
